Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, your duties will include:
- Setting up, serving, and clearing tables while assisting with general food and beverage service.
- Explaining the menu and supporting guests with special dietary needs or preferences.
- Maximising sales opportunities by providing recommendations and suggestions.
- Communicating with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Maintaining clean, safe workspaces and adhering to food safety requirements.
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences that reflect the Pullman brand.
Requirements
- Passion for quality, presentation, and outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with guests.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster including mornings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is preferred.
