Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing and gas fitting tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing and gas system issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure systems operate efficiently
- Manage compliance with industry safety standards and codes
- Provide high-quality customer service and communication
- Manage a team and oversee project sectors within the business
- Quote jobs accurately using available tools
Requirements
- Proven skills in plumbing, pipe fitting, and gas fitting
- Experience in maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance
- Strong customer service abilities
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- New Zealand plumbing qualification and gas fitting certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or residential projects preferred
