Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience
- Manage front-desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Perform general administrative tasks to support clinic operations
- Provide information to patients regarding services and procedures
- Assist with billing, payments, and other front-desk transactions
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
