Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to hotel standards.
- Deliver friendly, professional service to guests and colleagues.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of coffee and service areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures.
- Support the wider Food & Beverage team as required.
Requirements
- Previous barista or café experience is essential.
- Hotel or premium hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
- Reliable, well-presented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability across a rotating roster, including weekends.
- Must have current work rights in New Zealand.
