Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate work programmes to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery
- Manage field employees, subcontractors, plant, and equipment effectively
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and industry requirements
- Provide active on-site leadership and support to work teams
- Monitor performance against maintenance plans and job bid targets
- Contribute to achieving planned profit or improved project outcomes
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in renewable Generation or Transmission substation construction and maintenance, or a related field
- National Certificate in Electricity Supply (Electrician) Level 4
- Proven experience leading teams, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of current regulatory and industry standards
- Physical capability to perform demanding manual work in challenging conditions
