Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for key operations in our warehouse to ensure efficient material flow and proper organization. Your duties will include:
Performing other duties within the scope of your role as assigned.
Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to environmental and occupational health standards.
Following procedures and standards of the Environmental Management System and the Safety and Occupational Health System.
Promoting a positive workplace culture and contributing to team and company goals.
Managing and controlling the storage and dispatch of parts, spare parts, and company components at client sites.
Planning resources and tasks to meet delivery deadlines and mining audit requirements.
Identifying opportunities for sales of services and spare parts.
Monitoring costs to ensure contract viability both economically and administratively.
Assisting in preparing management and administrative reports related to spare parts programs.
Reporting any safety, risk, or environmental concerns to the Contract Manager or EHS team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental procedures in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
