Responsibilities
The Operator, Production is responsible for ensuring smooth manufacturing operations while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Operating production machines and equipment for capsule manufacturing.
- Responding to equipment malfunctions and performing basic troubleshooting.
- Monitoring and addressing quality defects in products.
- Inputting data into computers and performing simple calculations.
- Supporting other production processes and performing parallel tasks as required.
- Adjusting and cleaning machinery, setting machine parameters, and preparing for production changes.
- Participating in process improvements and optimizing work procedures.
- Following strict hygiene and safety standards in a cleanroom environment.
- Collaborating with team members and supporting a positive, efficient work culture.
Requirements
