VIP Guest Service Associates work closely with operations, concessions, and kitchen teams to ensure VIP guests enjoy seamless service and a luxurious cinema visit.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist VIP guests professionally, courteously, and warmly.
- Escort guests to VIP lounges and theaters when needed.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of VIP areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen, concessions, and operations teams for timely service.
- Monitor VIP screening schedules and ensure guests are seated before showtime.
- Process payments and operate POS systems when required.
- Uphold cinema brand standards and VIP service protocols.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or tourism education is a plus).
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury service, restaurants, hotels, or cinemas preferred.
