Responsibilities
- Operate tools, equipment, and production processes following instructions and experience-based judgment.
- Support creation of instructions where none exist.
- Adhere to standard work, quality policies, and customer specifications; monitor own work and escalate issues.
- Maintain accurate records for timekeeping, labor, inventory, process documentation, scrap, and quality.
- Participate in improvement initiatives for safety, cleanliness, product quality, and efficiency.
- Complete certifications and training on time; manage workload effectively.
- Train other team members on assigned tasks when required.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- One year of related experience in electronics production/manufacturing is preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing tasks.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and demonstrate initiative.
