Responsibilities
As a Storekeeper, you will manage all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with material handling processes, including verification of received materials
- Coordinating daily updates of new materials to stakeholders through ERP and database systems
- Recording all raw materials in the ERP system and tagging them with barcodes
- Arranging materials in the warehouse and ensuring proper storage
- Issuing raw materials to production using inventory management techniques (FIFO, LIFO, PAR LEVELs, Average Cost)
- Regularly inspecting warehouse space, raw materials, and equipment to meet Nestlé standards
- Conducting monthly inventory checks and reconciling stock with ERP system balances
- Adhering to Nestlé SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) rules and procedures to maintain workplace safety
Requirements
Candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, or fresh graduates
- Computer literate with ERP experience preferred
- Native Arabic speaker with good communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
