Responsibilities

As a Storekeeper, you will manage all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with material handling processes, including verification of received materials
  • Coordinating daily updates of new materials to stakeholders through ERP and database systems
  • Recording all raw materials in the ERP system and tagging them with barcodes
  • Arranging materials in the warehouse and ensuring proper storage
  • Issuing raw materials to production using inventory management techniques (FIFO, LIFO, PAR LEVELs, Average Cost)
  • Regularly inspecting warehouse space, raw materials, and equipment to meet Nestlé standards
  • Conducting monthly inventory checks and reconciling stock with ERP system balances
  • Adhering to Nestlé SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) rules and procedures to maintain workplace safety

Requirements

Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, or fresh graduates
  • Computer literate with ERP experience preferred
  • Native Arabic speaker with good communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
