Responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and clean linens, uniforms, and other fabrics according to hotel standards.
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect garments for stains or damages and perform necessary cleaning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Deliver clean and pressed items to departments on time.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all guests and staff.
Requirements
- Diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations or laundry services.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
