Responsibilities
- Estimate project costs, material quantities, timelines, and prepare accurate survey reports for clients.
- Liaise with multiple project teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow throughout each project phase.
- Conduct feasibility assessments to advise clients on project potential and budget compatibility.
- Present detailed and periodic cost breakdowns for specific work elements to facilitate progress payments.
- Monitor and control construction and maintenance costs from project feasibility to final completion.
- Ensure that all construction projects comply with relevant legal, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction costs, project management, and estimation techniques.
- Familiarity with local UAE construction regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working across different stages of construction projects from feasibility to completion.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
