Responsibilities
- Provide elderly care, including mobility assistance, feeding, bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
- Offer infant and child care while ensuring maximum safety, hygiene, and comfort.
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Monitor and promptly report any changes in the patient’s health or behavior to supervisors or family members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for the patient.
- Follow proper medical waste disposal and infection-control procedures.
- Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, ethical conduct, and confidentiality.
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and reassurance to patients.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, schedules, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Caregiver Assistant Certificate (mandatory).
- BLS Certification (mandatory).
- Language proficiency in Hindi, English, or Arabic (any combination acceptable; multiple languages are an advantage).
- Prior experience in elderly or infant care (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and capable of assisting patients safely.
- Ability to remain calm and responsible during emergencies.
- Own Visa is an added advantage.
