Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming Kids Club environment
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities, games, and educational programs
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on children’s activities
- Maintain accurate attendance records and incident reports
- Collaborate with the Events and Entertainment team for themed events and special activities
- Ensure toys and equipment are clean, safe, and in good working condition
- Enforce Kids Club rules consistently and fairly
- Assist with inventory management of toys and supplies
- Stay informed about facility offerings, promotions, and pricing
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the Kids Club experience
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, early childhood education, or a related field
- Fresher or minimum of 1 year experience in a 4–5 star hotel or childcare environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Turkish, are an advantage
- Physical ability to actively engage with children and supervise activities
- First aid and CPR certification is preferred
