Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and publish multiple TikTok videos per week
- Script and structure short-form videos, including both on-camera and screen-based content
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, formats, and high-performing content
- Write compelling captions with effective hooks, CTAs, and relevant hashtags
- Monitor video performance metrics like watch time, shares, comments, and saves
- Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments and fostering interaction
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure aligned messaging
- Maintain content quality and adhere to brand safety guidelines
Requirements
- Strong understanding of TikTok platform and trends
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and crypto market trends
- Ability to balance entertainment, education, and product messaging without sounding promotional
- Creative storytelling and video production skills
