Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Take orders and deliver food accurately and efficiently to tables.
- Provide professional service to exceed customer expectations and gather feedback.
- Follow brand service guidelines and sequence of service standards.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items to assist guests and perform suggestive selling.
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Manage table setup and closing procedures within assigned sections.
- Allocate restaurant sections fairly for each shift and oversee smooth operations.
- Conduct full closing procedures consistently and thoroughly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within high-volume, fast-paced hospitality operations.
- Recent international experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills; additional languages (Italian, Spanish, Greek, Russian) are a plus.
- Strong customer service and upselling skills.
- Cooperative, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
