Responsibilities
- Address supplier quality issues for online materials and implement corrective actions for abnormal quality.
- Standardize IQC (Incoming Quality Control) inspection methods and monitor incoming materials to prevent batch quality abnormalities in production.
- Recover losses caused by online material quality issues and minimize their impact on manufacturing.
- Re-evaluate defective incoming materials and coordinate supplier compensation claims.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electronic, Chemical, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English with basic communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Skills
- Supplier quality management and corrective action implementation.
- Familiarity with IQC inspection processes and standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple quality issues efficiently.
