Responsibilities
- E-Retail Management
- Update and maintain product listings, manage inventory, and plan weekly orders.
- SNS Management Support
- Assist with communications on Instagram and monitor customer interactions through reports.
- CRM Support
- Help execute communications via LINE and eDM, tracking the customer journey.
- Product Catalog Management
- Analyze website content to optimize conversion rates.
- Data Management
- Update product-related data and manage stock information accurately.
Qualification-s
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program.
- Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; Photoshop is a plus.
- Full fluency in Japanese; English proficiency is optional.
