Responsibilities
As a Customer Delivery – Leading Hand, your main responsibilities include:
- Assisting in leading and coordinating the Customer Delivery team.
- Ensuring productivity and performance criteria are met, including completing performance assessments.
- Organising and coordinating work within the designated area.
- Supervising catering trucks to ensure timely and safe delivery of meals to aircraft.
- Leading by example and performing the duties of a driver when required.
- Training and inducting new team members.
- Completing administrative documentation such as shift reports and rostering.
- Following up on discrepancies to ensure correct inflight meal loading.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Clean HR Driver’s License.
- Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
- Flexibility to work around flight schedules.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a clear National Police Check.
- Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
- Availability to work 38 hours per week in a full-time, permanent capacity.
