Responsibilities
- Install, fabricate, assemble, and repair ductwork systems according to project specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit duct materials accurately
- Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and alignment of duct systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean worksite
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in duct installation, fabrication, and maintenance
- Prior experience as a Ductman or in a related HVAC role
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks on-site
