Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with all in-flight safety regulations and procedures
- Deliver professional, attentive, and high-quality service to passengers
- Conduct safety demonstrations and assist passengers during boarding, flight, and landing
- Handle passenger concerns and in-flight issues calmly and professionally
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and perform routine equipment checks
- Complete required flight and safety reports accurately
- Represent the airline with professionalism, cultural awareness, and courtesy
- Collaborate effectively with cabin crew members to ensure a seamless travel experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
- Aviation experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Fluency in English; additional languages are highly preferred
- Ability to remain composed and adaptable in high-pressure environments
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and international flights
- Must meet international airline requirements for height, fitness, and safety standards
- Valid passport with no travel restrictions
