The Offshore Integrity Supervisor (OIS) is responsible for overseeing all topside integrity activities on offshore facilities, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of static equipment. This role is ideal for experienced engineering professionals who can lead multi-skilled teams, manage contractors, and maintain the structural and operational integrity of offshore assets.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to 15 technicians to ensure safe delivery of production and integrity activities
- Act as a Performing Authority to enforce compliance with the Permit to Work process
- Prioritize and manage planned and corrective maintenance for topside equipment
- Provide technical input for campaign and project execution
- Oversee static equipment integrity including process piping, pressure vessels, primary/secondary/tertiary structures, pipelines, caissons, and chemical injection systems
- Supervise rope access activities in line with IRATA guidelines
- Conduct Level 1 API 579 fitness-for-service assessments
- Manage temporary repairs and coordinate with OIM on authorized repairs
- Participate in daily permit meetings, integrity audits, and compliance checks
- Interface with onshore and offshore stakeholders to track integrity issues and improve operational performance
- Ensure radiography work complies with legislation and safety standards
- Promote cost consciousness and process optimization across projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 8+ years of offshore experience in integrity management or inspection roles
- Industry-specific qualifications such as API 570, API 510, ASME/CSWIP/PCN plant inspector
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, offshore operations, and integrity management systems
- Experience managing contractors, multi-skilled teams, and complex offshore projects
