This role involves handling gas cylinder inspection, assembly, gas filling, and related tasks in a shift-based system. Responsibilities
- Perform inspection, assembly, gas filling, and other related tasks for gas cylinder production under the guidance of team leaders and factory management.
- Operate and maintain factory and warehouse equipment, ensuring smooth production and distribution processes.
- Assemble and check product components to ensure proper functioning of machinery and accurate shipment of items.
- Conduct minor maintenance on production machinery and operate equipment safely after passing required skill assessments.
- Serve as a materials operator, transporting products, packaging, and raw materials across production lines, warehouse areas, and shipping/receiving points.
- Assist in packing, organizing return areas, and loading/unloading trailers.
- Train and guide temporary staff in manufacturing techniques and safety practices.
- Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness (5S) to ensure safety and product quality.
- Optional: Acquire a high-pressure gas production manager license (Class C or higher) for career advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in factory production or manufacturing operations.
- Basic PC skills, including MS Office and email, are a plus.
- Experience in shift work in a factory environment is preferred.
- Mandatory: Valid driver’s license for commuting purposes.
