We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Body Shop Worker to join our team in King Abdullah Economic City. Responsibilities
- Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety checks on production equipment
- Participate in emergency response activities during equipment failures or power outages
- Continuously monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Lead and guide production operator teams during shifts, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety regulations
- Coordinate with technicians, engineers, and supervisors to prioritize work orders and optimize system performance
- Conduct daily team meetings to communicate targets and KPIs (SPQRC)
- Assist in assigning manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve production objectives efficiently
- Maintain high-quality output while ensuring workplace safety and adherence to established procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive production, maintenance, or a related field
- Knowledge of body shop operations, equipment maintenance, and safety practices
- Ability to respond promptly to equipment failures and emergencies
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills to guide shift operations
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors
