Responsibilities
As a Waiter/Waitress, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests.
- Understanding and performing all outlet tasks efficiently.
- Assisting guests with menu guidance, including knowledge of ingredients, garnishes, and preparation methods.
- Operating the POS system and completing shift-end reports accurately.
- Following hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Ensuring safety and sanitation protocols are maintained at all times.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and supporting other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous service experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
