Responsibilities
As a Clerk-Reservations, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling all reservation inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Processing bookings accurately using the hotel’s reservation system
- Responding to guest requests and providing information on services, rates, and availability
- Coordinating with front office and other departments to ensure smooth reservation management
- Maintaining accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Assisting in resolving guest issues related to bookings
- Supporting promotional and special package reservations as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a reservations or front office role is preferred
- Strong understanding of hotel booking systems and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of reservation requests
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
