PROENERGY is seeking a skilled and motivated Paint Supervisor to lead its Houston, Texas paint shop. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, maintain high-quality standards, and support a team of paint shop employees in achieving production goals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Supervise paint shop employees and manage daily shop operations
- Oversee surface preparation work to ensure quality painting results
- Order, maintain, and manage paint supplies and equipment, keeping the shop organized
- Ensure all work meets safety, legal, customer, and internal PROENERGY standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and promote positive work practices within the team
- Meet performance goals, production targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Motivate, train, and support team members to enhance performance and efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising paint shop operations or similar industrial environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and quality control
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in industrial or manufacturing settings
- Ability to manage inventory, supplies, and equipment efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
