PROENERGY is seeking a skilled and motivated Paint Supervisor to lead its Houston, Texas paint shop. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage daily operations, maintain high-quality standards, and support a team of paint shop employees in achieving production goals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise paint shop employees and manage daily shop operations
  • Oversee surface preparation work to ensure quality painting results
  • Order, maintain, and manage paint supplies and equipment, keeping the shop organized
  • Ensure all work meets safety, legal, customer, and internal PROENERGY standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and promote positive work practices within the team
  • Meet performance goals, production targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Motivate, train, and support team members to enhance performance and efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience supervising paint shop operations or similar industrial environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and quality control
  • Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in industrial or manufacturing settings
  • Ability to manage inventory, supplies, and equipment efficiently
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
