The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort is seeking a dedicated Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. This role is ideal for experienced professionals who take pride in quality, efficiency, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pools, and other facilities to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
- Run sold room reports, verify room status, and prioritize room cleaning for departing guests.
- Act as a liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments.
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms and communicate with the next shift.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and motivating staff.
- Ensure adherence to company safety, security, and operational policies.
- Maintain professional personal appearance and uphold confidentiality.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and provide an exceptional guest experience.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of related housekeeping experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and hotel policies.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, pushing/pulling carts, and standing for extended periods.
