Key Responsibilities
- Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance at all times
- Deliver exceptional guest service, anticipating needs and preferences
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, daily specials, and beverages
- Serve and clear food and beverages in a professional, unobtrusive manner
- Follow financial, LQA, TrustYou, and Forbes targets daily
- Ensure service stations are stocked and clean during service
- Present menus proactively and provide personalized guest recommendations
- Maintain HACCP and FIFO standards in line with regulations
- Report guest feedback, issues, or emergencies to management promptly
- Attend briefings and training sessions as required
- Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar hospitality role, preferably in luxury settings
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and in a diverse, dynamic team environment
