Responsibilities

  • Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems, including closets, cabinets, and home offices.
  • Follow CAD drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate installation.
  • Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
  • Assist in material removal and installation at customer homes.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order (company-provided).
  • Install systems independently or with team members based on job size.
  • Provide high-level customer service during in-home installations.
  • Maintain safety standards at all times.
  • Safely operate company-provided vehicles to transport materials and reach job sites.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Functionally bilingual in English and French.
  • Experience with common hand and power tools.
  • Trade or vocational school experience is a plus.
  • Cabinetry or carpentry experience preferred.
  • Physically capable of walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, stooping, standing, grasping, balancing, climbing stairs, kneeling, and crouching.
