Responsibilities
- Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems, including closets, cabinets, and home offices.
- Follow CAD drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate installation.
- Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.
- Assist in material removal and installation at customer homes.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order (company-provided).
- Install systems independently or with team members based on job size.
- Provide high-level customer service during in-home installations.
- Maintain safety standards at all times.
- Safely operate company-provided vehicles to transport materials and reach job sites.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Functionally bilingual in English and French.
- Experience with common hand and power tools.
- Trade or vocational school experience is a plus.
- Cabinetry or carpentry experience preferred.
- Physically capable of walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching, stooping, standing, grasping, balancing, climbing stairs, kneeling, and crouching.
