This hands-on role involves safely operating a box truck, assisting with production and assembly tasks, and ensuring materials and products are handled accurately. Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 16–26 ft. box truck to transport materials and finished products
  • Load and unload materials using proper lifting techniques and secure them for transport
  • Support production and assembly using small power or pneumatic hand tools according to specifications
  • Perform inspections and documentation to ensure the accuracy and quality of materials
  • Assist production teams with staging, inventory management, and workflow maintenance
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free environment
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers
  • Foster teamwork and cohesion in line with company policies and goals

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, or general labor preferred
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, and procedural documents
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks
