Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards
- Greet, seat, and serve guests professionally and courteously
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the menu to assist guests effectively
- Monitor quality of food & beverages being served
- Handle customer complaints and queries satisfactorily
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the outlet
- Prepare service areas before, during, and after service
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage
- Use upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and revenue
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in Food & Beverage
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant
- Good command of English; additional languages a plus
