Responsibilities
- Execute custodial services across base and recreational service areas, including lodging, fitness centers, lounges, theaters, and hospital aseptic zones.
- Uphold company standards, lead by example, and work as a team to maintain equipment and facilities.
- Perform cleaning tasks such as restroom sanitization, floor care, dusting, interior glass cleaning, laundry, trash removal, and outdoor patio maintenance.
- Function as Facility Manager for assigned locations, ensuring a professional and safe environment.
- Provide on-call and additional cleaning services as needed.
- Follow all training programs, proper property usage protocols, and precise time reporting procedures.
- Assist in other installation service functional areas and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; one year of related experience may substitute for education if required.
- Valid passport and ability to maintain a U.S. SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding).
- Ability to meet employment and deployment qualification requirements, including psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, and background checks.
- Successful completion of online and hands-on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) defense training.
- Minimum one year of general cleaning experience.
- Familiarity with fire prevention, safety, smoking, and security standards.
- Willingness to work long hours, overtime, and shifts, including 100% overseas assignments.
Skills
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work in various environments, including exposure to cold, dust, noise, and chemicals.
- Military experience and knowledge of government contracts preferred.
