Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly, and proactive support to guests and fellow colleagues.
- Operate industrial dishwashers efficiently.
- Ensure kitchen colleagues have necessary dishes/silverware and guests receive clean items.
- Sort, stack, load/unload, and store cleaned dishes and silverware safely and in an organized manner.
- Remove chipped or broken items from circulation and maintain inventory.
- Maintain clean, dry, and safe floors at all times.
- Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Steward.

- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
