We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join Hilton Garden Inn Muscat. This role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, supporting the Housekeeping and Laundry teams, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests.

Responsibilities
- Maintain consistently high operating standards in Housekeeping and Laundry
- Monitor team performance, provide training, and encourage teamwork
- Provide excellent guest service and address special guest requests
- Support room availability and Floor Housekeeping supervision
- Manage department controls such as uniforms, linen, master keys, and incident books
- Check guest information in CRM to ensure preferences and requests are met
- Arrange flowers or embroidery for special occasions
- Manage Lost and Found and donations
- Oversee uniform cleaning and repairs
- Coordinate daily operations, document traffic, and linen releases
- Release guest clothing from laundry service
- Perform monthly laundry expense closing and provisions
- Replace Laundry Attendant during absences
Requirements
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
- Ability to maintain excellent standards of cleanliness
