FedEx Canada is seeking reliable and customer-focused Flex Drivers to join their team. This casual role ensures timely delivery of packages, excellent customer service, and safe vehicle operation. Flex Drivers will work flexible shifts with opportunities to gain experience in a fast-paced logistics environment. Bilingual candidates (French and English) are preferred in Quebec.

Responsibilities
- Deliver packages on predetermined routes accurately and on time
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely
- Review orders and ensure correct package delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational safety
- Follow all company safety, training, and operational procedures
- Meet performance expectations and complete mandatory driver assessments
- Adapt to flexible shifts based on business needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid full G / Class 5 driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Bilingual (French and English) for Quebec applicants
- Minimum one year of customer-oriented experience preferred
- Ability to successfully complete pre-placement and re-currency driver training
- Clean driving record with limited infractions or accidents
