Responsibilities
As a Bellman, your key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and escorting arriving and departing guests to their accommodations.
- Retrieving, transporting, and storing guest luggage safely and efficiently.
- Inspecting guest rooms and familiarizing guests with room features.
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
- Assisting in maintaining the appearance and functionality of hotel equipment.
- Organizing and storing luggage according to hotel guidelines.
Requirements
To succeed as a Bellman, candidates should have:
