Responsibilities
As a Butler, you will:
- Deliver personalized services to guests throughout their stay.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests.
- Assist with operational tasks, including check-in/out support and reporting.
- Share local highlights and recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and conduct.
- Ensure a safe, efficient, and confidential working environment.
- Perform hands-on tasks including lifting or moving items up to 10 lbs as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior experience required; training provided.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to handle light physical tasks (up to 10 lbs).
