Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to passengers throughout flights
- Ensure passenger safety through compliance with aviation procedures and emergency protocols
- Assist travelers with seating, baggage, and onboard inquiries
- Demonstrate safety procedures and operate aircraft equipment confidently
- Respond calmly and effectively to onboard issues or emergencies
- Represent the airline with professionalism, empathy, and cultural awareness
- Maintain a welcoming cabin atmosphere and support guest comfort throughout the journey
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service
- High school graduate (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Minimum height of 160 cm with the ability to reach 212 cm tip-toed
- No visible tattoos when wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Eligibility to meet UAE employment visa requirements
- Must submit a recent CV and photograph when applying
