Responsibilities
As a Call Center Operator Trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Answering and managing incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Providing accurate information or transferring calls to the appropriate departments.

- Handling basic troubleshooting and resolving common inquiries efficiently.
