Responsibilities

  • Provide elderly care, including mobility assistance, feeding, bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
  • Offer infant and child care while ensuring maximum safety, hygiene, and comfort.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor and promptly report any changes in the patient’s health or behavior to supervisors or family members.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for the patient.
  • Follow proper medical waste disposal and infection-control procedures.
  • Demonstrate high levels of professionalism, ethical conduct, and confidentiality.
  • Provide emotional support, companionship, and reassurance to patients.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, schedules, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Caregiver Assistant Certificate (mandatory).
  • BLS Certification (mandatory).
  • Language proficiency in Hindi, English, or Arabic (any combination acceptable; multiple languages are an advantage).
  • Prior experience in elderly or infant care (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of assisting patients safely.
  • Ability to remain calm and responsible during emergencies.
  • Own Visa is an added advantage.
