Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Provide friendly, positive engagement with all customers.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and efficient checkout area.
- Greet every customer warmly and assist with PC Optimum card usage.
- Accurately scan or enter product data, and manage cash, coupons, and lottery transactions.
Merchandising
- Ensure proper documentation for customer receipts and returns.
- Maintain designated areas through facing, signing, labeling, and stocking products.
Loss Prevention
- Follow store loss prevention standards.
- Control cash, lottery, and stamp inventory accurately.
General Duties
- Present a professional image according to uniform and dress code guidelines.
- Comply with all health, safety, and store policies.
- Maintain housekeeping and store standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
