Responsibilities
- Greet customers courteously and provide efficient service at all times
- Process transactions including cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, and electronic payments
- Count cash in register drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy
- Record financial transactions accurately and prepare daily cash reports
- Handle currency exchange transactions in compliance with company policy
- Maintain a neat and organized cashier station
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Follow company procedures for refunds, voids, and exchanges
- Ensure compliance with all cash handling and security procedures
- Coordinate with supervisors and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in cashiering or handling financial transactions
- Knowledge of currency exchange procedures (preferred)
- Basic education or high school diploma
