Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high cleaning standards in guest rooms
- Make beds accurately and neatly
- Clean bathrooms, vacuum floors, and restock supplies
- Complete all cleaning duties within allotted time frames
- Work effectively with team members to achieve daily targets
- Follow safety procedures and environmental standards
- Use specialised cleaning tools and products safely (training provided)
- Build positive relationships with team members, guests, and contractors
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals & equipment (training available)
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to communicate professionally
- Good time management and task prioritisation
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
Shift & Job Details
- Location: Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort, New Zealand
- Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $27 NZD per hour
- Shifts: Rostered between Monday–Sunday
- Start Time: All shifts commence at 9:00 AM
