Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service in accordance with company and department standards
- Meet individual sales and revenue targets on the retail shop floor daily
- Minimize stock loss by following policies on damages, returns, and exchanges
- Ensure retail outlets are maintained to the highest visual and operational standards
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations to enhance guest shopping experiences
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, welcoming approach, acting as an Atlantis ambassador
- Handle transactions efficiently and maintain a well-organized store
- Work on a rotational basis across branded retail outlets within Atlantis The Royal and Aquaventure World
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury sales environments
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests naturally
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic retail and hospitality setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
