Responsibilities
- Assist with milking operations twice daily
- Support calving, feeding, and general livestock care
- Help with effluent management and farm maintenance tasks
- Carry out spraying, fencing, and other farm duties
- Maintain high standards of animal welfare and farm safety
- Work closely with the farm team to meet production goals
- Support and guide junior or new team members when required
Requirements
- Experience in dairy farming or strong interest in agriculture
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Commitment to animal welfare and health & safety
- Positive, proactive, and hardworking attitude
- Valid NZ restricted or full driver’s licence
- Willingness to learn and develop farming skills
