Responsibilities
As a Driver, your key duties will include:
- Safely operating company vehicles to transport goods across Dubai and the UAE
- Loading and unloading products efficiently while following safety procedures
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, shipments, and inventory
- Coordinating with the logistics and warehouse team for seamless dispatch and receipt of products
- Conducting routine vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance needs
- Supporting warehouse activities including organization, inventory management, and stock rotation
- Following all safety, security, and compliance protocols
- Ensuring accurate deliveries to the correct locations and collecting payments as per invoices
- Providing clients with receipt vouchers and submitting collected cash and cheques to the Accounts Department on the same day
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Dubai routes and local traffic regulations
- Physically fit and able to handle manual loading/unloading tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliable record-keeping abilities
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (advantageous)
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
