Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 16–26 ft. box truck to transport materials and finished products
- Load and unload materials using proper lifting techniques and secure them for transport
- Support production and assembly using small power or pneumatic hand tools according to specifications
- Perform inspections and documentation to ensure the accuracy and quality of materials
- Assist production teams with staging, inventory management, and workflow maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers
- Foster teamwork and cohesion in line with company policies and goals
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, or general labor preferred
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, and procedural documents
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks
