Responsibilities
- Follow recipes to produce consistent, high-quality, and cost-effective food items
- Execute daily production of pastries, burritos, and other in-house prepared products
- Deliver orders to all Pinon Coffee House locations
- Assist with weekly food orders, including receiving and shelving inventory using FIFO methods
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning logs
- Follow health code regulations and safety standards
- Support team members and ensure production goals are met
Requirements
- Commercial food production experience preferred but not required
- Ability to obtain a food handler’s license within 30 days of employment
- Reliable transportation for commuting or delivery duties
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing conditions
- Energetic, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
