Role Overview
The Foreman is responsible for supervising construction and renovation projects, guiding teams, and ensuring compliance with project schedules, standards, and safety protocols. This role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and practical experience in construction, carpentry, and equipment management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site construction and renovation activities
- Coordinate team members and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
- Manage equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring proper usage and maintenance
- Perform hands-on carpentry and general maintenance work as required
- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a secure work environment
- Adapt to dynamic project needs and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Report project status to management and assist in planning future phases
